Here is it the Monday following spring break. We have been in the detox phase since Saturday due to travel/grandparents/break from school. It has been crazy town here. The hubs and I had a couple of days to ourselves and I didn't have to cook or think about feeding anyone. It. Was. Glorious. But back to reality. It's not even 8am and I've had 3 cups of coffee. Here is what is on the menu for this week.
M: Crockpot Chicken with rice and steamed broccoli (Cover 1lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts with can of Progresso Chicken and Wild Rice soup. Cook on high for 4 hours. Prepare rice and broccoli near serving time)
T: Leftover Chicken with fried rice
T: Taco Salad
F: Breakfast for Dinner
