Meal Plan Monday (Gluten Free Dairy Free) April 13-19

April 13-19 Sunday - leftovers from previous week

Monday - Hobo's (burger patties, sweet potatoes, onion, peppers) Created my own, but followed cooking instructions here.

Tuesday - Trader Joe's mac & cheese for the girls, GF toast with Avocado mashed on top for me, leftover hobo for the hubs

Wednesday - Taco Soup

Thursday - One skillet Paleo dinner

Friday - DATE NIGHT!!!

Saturday - leftovers

Sunday - we will be eating a late lunch at 2:00 for Easter so we will just eat something light like eggs or sandwiches
